Katniss Everdeen- winner of previous games, forced to save the people she loves, save Peeta, stand up against the capital and unconsciously lead the rebellion
Peeta Mellark- the other winner of the previos game, he is head over heals in love with Katniss and will do anything to make her survive. He is respectful and a kind man.
Haymitch Abernathy- the manager of Peeta and Katniss, hes becoming one of their best friend. Hes an alcholic but he is absolutly concerned with keeping these two teenagers alive, and doing whats best to make the rebellion survive
Finnick Odair- one of the allies with Peeta and Katniss, he is caring and tries everything in his power to keep the two of them alive even if it kills him.
Johanna Mason- one of Katniss & Peetas allies that Katniss absolutely despises
Beetee- the mistaken genius, he is the mastmind to all plans including bombs and electricity, though hes a little crazy.
Cinna- Katniss' clothes designer, and one of Katniss' best friends that she can confide in.
Portia- Peetas clothes designer, and Cinnas partner.
Madge- the old women from finnicks district that becomes one of the allies, she is wise but weak. She is caring and gives up her life for the rest. Finnicks best friend in the games.
Gale Hawthorne- Katniss' true love who lives in district 12 with her and Peeta. He is strongly inclined to marry her someday soon.
President Snow- President of capital and all of district a very selfish man who cant stand being tricked. Doesn't care about the welfare of the districts.
Prim Everdeen- Katniss' little sister, who is very helpful with her mother, and is the reason Katniss cares at all whats going on at home. Prim keeps Katniss from doing stupid things, without even doing anything at all.
